The grapes are harvested very early in the morning in order to benefit from the coolness of the night. The proximity of the vineyards and the winery allows the grapes to be pressed very quickly after the harvest. After pressing, we carry out a static cold settling in order to eliminate suspended particles. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats lasts about 15 days, the temperatures are regulated between 14 and 16°C. The wines are then racked and matured in stainless steel vats until bottling.
Its composition :
Light pinkish colour with a pink tinge.
Nose of red fruits, sweet fruit, grenadine.
Round and supple with very little aggressiveness.
Our suggestion :
This Rosé can accompany an entire meal with its rather ripe notes and roundness.
